About Us

OUR STORY

Rizz Fit was born from resilience, legacy, and a deep love for women finding their strength again.

Founder Pamela Leadingham studied Fashion Merchandising at the Art Institute of Atlanta, but her connection to retail started long before college. Raised by a single mother who worked in luxury department stores like Saks Fifth Avenue and Neiman Marcus, Pamela grew up surrounded by style, confidence, and the rhythm of retail life. Saturdays were spent helping at sidewalk sales, modeling clothes, learning early what presentation and presence meant.

But fashion was never just about clothing.

It was about how a woman feels when she walks into a room.

Pamela went on to build multiple successful businesses, including growing a residential and commercial cleaning company from just $30 into a thriving operation. Later, as a personal trainer, she stood beside women during some of their most vulnerable and powerful moments — reminding them they were stronger than they believed.

Then life shifted.

After several years navigating personal medical challenges, Pamela stepped back. She healed. She reflected. She listened.

And now she's back.

Rizz Fit is more than activewear, swim, spring dresses, or elevated everyday pieces. It's a return. A reminder. A quiet but confident statement that strength can be soft, and femininity can be powerful.

This brand is for women who have walked through something.
For the woman rebuilding.
For the woman rising.
For the teen watching and learning what resilience looks like.

You don't have to shout to be strong.
You don't have to prove your worth.

You wear what you've earned.
You carry what you've survived.

At Rizz Fit, we believe in giving back, leading with heart, and creating pieces that support real life — workouts, weekends, vacations, and every season in between.

Because sometimes getting back in the game isn't about competition.

It's about coming home to yourself.
